Services
Clip Happens provides in-home paw-dicure and nail care services for felines and canines in Kimberley, British Columbia and surrounding areas. All services are provided by appointment only.

Booking Appointments
When booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details, address, and pet information. This helps us ensure safe, timely, and appropriate service.
Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or by email.

Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Accepted payment methods: cash or e-transfer only

• We do not accept credit cards

• We do not store any banking or payment information

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings at our discretion.
Pet Health, Safety & Handling

For the safety of your pet and our service provider:

• Pets must be handled in a safe, controlled environment

• You agree to disclose any known health conditions, behavioral concerns, or aggression prior to the appointment

• Clip Happens reserves the right to refuse or stop a service if a pet’s behavior poses a safety risk

We always prioritize calm, compassionate handling and your pet’s comfort.
Client Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide a safe and appropriate space for the service

• Ensure pets are reasonably clean and accessible

• Secure other pets if needed to allow safe service

• Be present or ensure a responsible adult is present during the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon

Signed Agreements
Clients may be required to sign a service agreement or consent form. These agreements are kept on record in accordance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and are used only for business and legal purposes related to our services.

Privacy & Personal Information (BC PIPA Compliance)
Clip Happens collects, uses, and stores personal information in compliance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
